Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients : (For 8 People)
- Well cooked rice
- Salt 5-6 tea spoons
- Eggs 6-8 (Prepare the omelet and slice in to small pieces)
- Oil 6-7 Table spoons
- Soya Sauce 6 Table Spoons
- Sliced leeks, carrot, celery, onion (each 150g)
- Cook the rice well.
- Boil the oil and put the sliced vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Put the soya sauce to the rice and mix well. Add this to the frying vegetables. Mix well.
- Then add the sliced omelet to the rice.
