Dried Sprats (Halmesso Temparaduwa)
Ingredients: (For 8 People)
- Dried Sprats 120g
- Big onion 110g
- chili powder 3 tea spoons
- Curry leaves 3
- Goraka 2 pieces
- Chopped Garlic 30g
- Salt 2 tea spoons
- Remove the heads of the sprats, and wash properly with goraka.
- Boil the oil in a saucepan and mix the above ingredients with sprats and cook for 15 minutes with good fire/heat.
- After the 1st 5 minutes, reduce the fire/heat and cook further for 10 minutes.
